Capital Honors Star Performer Nominees and Winner for Quarter 4 2019

Faye Sinkula Gnoth, MSN, RN

Capital Healthcare Services is proud to honor Faye Sinkula Gnoth, MSN, RN with the title of Star Performer for Q4 2019! If there is anyone within the organization who has truly “done it all,” it is Faye, without a doubt! She joined the organization as a nurse working in the field in long-term care facilities for Capital Healthcare Solutions in 2008 before accepting an in-office position in 2018 as a Clinical Nurse Educator.  Now, Faye enters 2020 as Harmony’s Adult Care Manager, a new role she has taken on with tenacity and determination. “Faye lives our core values every day,” says Becky Janczewski, Director of Clinical Services. “She is constantly going above and beyond to complete not only her job but to assist others in theirs.”

For Faye, the best part of her job is helping others grow. “I enjoy educating people to be able to perform to their highest level,” she says. “It is great to see when the light bulb comes on and someone has learned something new or understands it better from our conversations.”  She also loves witnessing the amazing growth the organization has experienced throughout the last 12 years, embracing a culture fueled by our core values.

Faye turned over a new leaf in 2019, taking the leap into some serious self-care by undergoing knee surgery, greatly improving her overall quality of life. If there's one thing she wants to inspire others and her fellow healthcare professionals to do, it's to remember to make your own care a top priority! “Self-care is so important and yet as we care for others, we rarely care for ourselves,” she says. “Please remember you are important and if you don’t care for you, who else will? Being happy with ourselves is healing!”

We are so grateful for Faye’s contributions to the organization, her colleagues and our clients, and we are proud to call her our Star Performer!

Also, for the first time, we have 3 additional Q4 2019 Star Performer nominees to honor—Brandon Dinh, HR Generalist, Heather Gulasky-Sloss, Healthcare Recruiter for Capital’s Per Diem division and Becky Blasco, Patient Care Coordinator for Harmony Home Care.  Congratulations to this exceptional group of employees!
